GOCHES is a hyperlocal delivery platform connecting customers with nearby restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and convenience retailers across the United Kingdom. The platform brings together ordering, payments, delivery management, merchant operations, and customer engagement into a single digital ecosystem.

Our team was responsible for delivering a complete cross-platform solution, including the customer-facing website, Android and iOS applications, backend services, and the operational tools required to support merchants and platform administrators.

Building a hyperlocal marketplace involves much more than displaying restaurants. The platform needed to support multiple business categories, real-time order management, secure payments, location-based discovery, customer accounts, merchant operations, and delivery workflows while remaining fast and intuitive across every device.

Equally important was creating an architecture capable of supporting new merchants, expanding service areas, promotional campaigns, loyalty features, and future platform growth without requiring major redevelopment.

Every interface was designed around reducing friction—from discovering nearby businesses and browsing menus to placing orders, making payments, tracking deliveries, and managing merchant operations in real time.

The interface combines clean layouts with familiar marketplace patterns, making it easy for customers to discover local businesses and complete purchases with minimal effort. Consistent typography, reusable components, intuitive navigation, and mobile-first layouts create a seamless experience across web and mobile platforms.

Special attention was given to information hierarchy, ensuring menus, product listings, promotions, ratings, and delivery information remain easy to scan while maintaining a modern visual identity.

Customers can discover nearby restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and convenience shops using location-aware search and postcode-based availability. Advanced filtering, category browsing, reviews, promotional offers, secure checkout, and multiple payment options provide a familiar and frictionless shopping experience.

The platform also supports order history, saved addresses, favourite stores, loyalty rewards, promotional discounts, real-time delivery tracking, and account management, encouraging repeat engagement while simplifying the ordering process.
